Malaysian Golf Association Celebrates Historic Achievement at Sea Games Award Ceremony
The Malaysian Golf Association (MGA) is hosting an award ceremony today at the Mines Resort Golf Club to honour our talented athletes for their exceptional performance at the recent Sea Games held from 8-13 May 2023 at the Garden City Golf Club in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
This historic event recognizes the groundbreaking achievement of Ng Jing Xuen, the first female golf athlete to win a gold medal at the Games. At the young age of 15, she not only outplayed seasoned golfers but set a new milestone for the sport in Malaysia.
