The Malaysian Golf Association National Team Subcommitteee headed by Mr Teoh Piek Kee today announces the players selected to represent Malaysia in the upcoming SEA Games to be held at Garden City Club, Phnom Penh, Cambodia from May 8-13, 2023.

 

MGA is pleased to announce that the following players have been identified represent Malaysia in the 2023 SEA Games Cambodia.

Ladies

1. Ng Jing Xuen

2. Geraldine Wong

3. Foong Zi Yu

Malaysia claimed Gold and Bronze in the Women’s Individual Category and Silver in the Men’s Individual Category at the 32nd SEA Games 2023.

 

The Team Matchplay will start tomorrow, 11th May 2023.

RESULT - FINAL

Anson Yeo’s 8-under-par 64 today catapulted him to second place tied with Thai’s Ratchanon Chantananuwat. Malcolm Ting played 4-under-par today to place at 4th place at the SEA Games 2023 Golf Competition at Phnom Penh. Vietnam’s Khanh Hung Le leads after Round 2.

 

 

Ng Jing Xuen’s score of 3-under-par today to place second behind Thai’s Eila Galitsky who played 6-under-par 66 for 9-under-par 135 2-day total.

A great first day for the Malaysian Team at the SEA Games 2023 Golf Competition with Malcolm Ting and Ng Jing Xuen stand at the top of the leaderboard of the Men and Women Individual respectively.
 
Malcolm Ting and Khanh Hung Le from Vietnam tied first in the men’s field with a score of 3-under-par 69 while JX Ng leads the women’s division with a whopping 5-under-par 67 🇲🇾 👏

Team Malaysia started the 2023 SEA Games Cambodia with an official practice round today at Garden City Club, Phnom Penh.

 

The first round will commence tomorrow, 8th May 2023.
