Below are the allocations of books for the golf clubs:

1001 – 1500 4 boxes
1501 – 2000 5 boxes
2001 – 2500 6 boxes
2501 – 3000 7 boxes
Collection time
Days : Mondays – Fridays
Time : 10am – 4pm
Venue : MGA Office, No 14, 4/7C, Desa Pandan, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
Kindly note that MGA can arrange to send the books to the golf club. However, the courier service charges are to be borne by the Golf Club / State Association. Kindly refer the charges in the “Reply Slip” as attached.
Payment by cheque is to be made to “Malaysian Golf Association” or through MAYBANK BERHAD (ACCOUNT NO: 5645 4811 2540). Please ensure that the payment slip must be verifired by the Management and including official stamp of your respective club.
Should you require more infomation or clarifications on the new rules, you may request for a Rules Briefing to be conducted at your Golf Club. The charges for the rules briefing will be borne by the Golf Club.
