To establish and regulate a world handicap system using the USGA Handicap System unless it is replaced by another system by the EXCO;
To work with any operator appointed by the EXCO for implementing the system;
To monitor and control its income and expenditure within the budget approved by the EXCO and to report any deviations there from;
To work with Affiliates and assisting them on the usage of the world handicap system;
To make regular reports to the EXCO and to keep them fully informed;
Chairman should constructively challenge and help develop proposals on strategy to improve the standard of the WHS
Chairman should scrutinise the performance of management, WHS operator and its sub-committee members in meeting agreed goals and objectives and monitor the reporting of performance
