On July 11, 2024, delegates from Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and the Guanxi-ASEAN International Golf Association, China, gathered at Seletar Country Club, Singapore, for the AGF Annual General Meeting.

Key highlights include: ✅ Unanimous approval of AGF Charter amendments ✅ Election of Tan Chong Huat as Chairman and Vu Nguyen as Deputy Chairman ✅ Acceptance of Guanxi-ASEAN International Golf Association as an affiliate member ✅ Future venues for the SEA Amateur Golf Team Championship announced: 2025-Philippines, 2026-Hong Kong, China, 2027-Cambodia, 2028-Brunei ✅ Introduction of the China ASEAN Series Tour with Malaysia and Singapore hosting the first two legs ✅ MOUs signed between the Singapore Golf Association and both the Malaysian Golf Association and the National Golf Association of the Philippines to foster stronger ties and unity
