We’re thrilled to announce that the monumental project to translate the Rules of Golf into Bahasa Malaysia is nearing completion! This ambitious initiative, launched in 2019 by MGA in collaboration with Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka and Akademi Kebangsaan Belia dan Golf, faced an unexpected halt due to the Covid-19 pandemic but was successfully revived in 2022.

After nearly 5 years of unwavering dedication and commitment, the translation team has brought this historic feat to fruition. This translation will not only make the game more accessible to our Malaysian golfers but also preserve the beauty of our language in the sport we love.
