MGA COURSE & SLOPE RATING CALIBRATION 2026

The Malaysian Golf Association (MGA) conducted its Course & Slope Rating (CSR) Calibration 2026 aat The RSGC, bringing together 17 Course Raters and 2 Instructors for a practical on-course calibration exercise and classroom session.

The programme included on-course data collection, assessment of EPL/Obstacle Values, review and comparison of results, and calibration against model answers.

The session aims to ensure consistency, accuracy and a common understanding in Course & Slope Rating assessments among MGA Course Raters, supporting the continued implementation of the World Handicap System (WHS) in Malaysia.
