Greetings from the Malaysian Golf Association (MGA).

Please be informed that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Malaysian Golf Association will be held as follows:

đź•™ Time: 10.00 a.m.

đź“Ť Venue: Permaipura Golf & Country Club, Kedah

Kindly find attached the official Notice of Meeting for your reference.

We wish to highlight the following important points for your attention:

  1. Only Affiliates who have paid their subscriptions and contributions under Article 7 of the Constitution by 22 October 2025 are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
  1. The Annual Report 2025 and Audited Accounts 2024 will be sent to all Affiliates via email in PDF format. Hard copies will not be provided.
  1. Any special business to be brought before the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary at least 14 clear days before the meeting date.

Your club’s participation and representation at the AGM are important to the continued development of golf in Malaysia.
