Golf in School program

Today marks a proud moment for the Malaysian Golf Association (MGA) as we launched the Golf in School program at Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Taman Desa! 🎉

100 enthusiastic students from Standards 4, 5, and 6 joined us to experience the joy of golf as part of their co-curricular activities. Although some Standard 5 and 6 students missed out due to exams, their excitement and spirit were truly inspiring! 🙌

This program is a key part of our long-term vision to make golf accessible to all Malaysians, starting from the grassroots. Beyond teaching the game, we’re nurturing values like discipline, focus, and sportsmanship. We hope to inspire many young talents to pick up golf and grow with the sport. ⛳️💚

The day included fun introductory briefings, outdoor sessions, and souvenir presentations to celebrate this special occasion.

SK Taman Desa is just the beginning — we’re excited to bring golf into schools nationwide and live up to our motto: “Everyone Can Golf.” 🏌️‍♀️🇲🇾
